2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior People Business Partner - Go To Market serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers within Go To Market teams, guiding people strategy and execution to align with organizational goals. This individual contributor role balances strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, influencing leadership effectiveness, talent management, and organizational design. The position plays a critical role in shaping workforce planning, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth and operational success.
3. Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing insights and coaching on leadership, team dynamics, and organizational design
• Translate business strategies into people strategies covering workforce planning and talent needs
• Build strong relationships with client groups to anticipate and address people-related challenges
• Support managers with performance management, coaching, and feedback aligned with organizational culture
• Guide talent reviews, compensation cycles, succession planning, and career development
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to identify capability gaps and enablement needs
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new programs and structures
• Partner on engagement and retention strategies using data from surveys, attrition, and feedback
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to design effective team structures
• Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives within business units
• Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and risk mitigation
• Provide guidance on policy, compliance, and employment law in coordination with Legal
• Collaborate with People Operations and Total Rewards to deliver core HR programs
• Use people analytics to inform decision-making and create reports to support talent strategy
4. Requirements:
• 8+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
• Minimum 5 years supporting Go To Market teams (Sales, CX, Revenue Operations, Marketing)
• Proven skill in influencing and coaching senior leaders while balancing business and employee needs
• Experience handling complex employee relations with sound judgment
• Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, and leadership development
• Comfortable with data analytics and translating insights into actionable plans
• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong partnership skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities in fast-paced settings
• Collaborative, low-ego approach aligned with organizational values and culture
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• For candidates in NYC, SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the base salary range is $108,000 to $135,000 per year
• For candidates in other U.S. locations, the base salary range is $94,500 to $121,700 per year
• This role may be eligible for participation in a variable compensation program
• Final compensation depends on experience, location, and role level
