The team combines expertise from former cyber operators, engineers, and cybersecurity practitioners to address common security challenges such as ineffective tools, alert fatigue, blind spots, and skills shortages.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Payroll Administrator supports global payroll operations by assisting in payroll processing, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness. This role is critical in maintaining accurate payroll records, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. It contributes to the organization by providing reliable payroll administration that supports employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
3. Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing payroll for U.S. and international employees on a regular schedule
• Serve as first contact for employee payroll inquiries related to paychecks, taxes, deductions, and direct deposit
• Deliver prompt and effective customer service to resolve payroll issues
• Review and audit payroll data for accuracy including hours worked, pay rates, and deductions
• Support payroll-related onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and payroll systems
• Assist with payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle payments
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
• Support year-end payroll processes such as W-2 distribution
4. Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and terminology including taxes, deductions, and garnishments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new software preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range: $68,850 to $76,500 annually, determined by location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills
• Eligibility for an equity package in the form of stock options for full-time roles
