About the Opportunity:
The organization develops enterprise software designed for talent leaders, recruiters, and managers, with a focus on hiring excellence. The current opportunity is for a sales professional to manage the full sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts, primarily in the Mountain and Pacific time zones, with an emphasis on new business acquisition and select account expansion.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won.
• Focus on acquiring new business logos.
• Handle a smaller set of existing accounts for expansion and upsell.
• Self-generate at least 30% of sales pipeline.
• Guide prospects through evaluation and the buying process.
• Deliver product demos to showcase solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage multiple active opportunities.
• Use sales tools to maximize prospecting and selling efficiency.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience with track record of closing >$50,000 ACV opportunities.
• Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led GTM motion.
• Proven ability to self-source a significant portion of pipeline.
• Skilled in competitive selling and winning rip-and-replace opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Experience guiding stakeholders in strategic technology decisions.
• Ability to become a product and industry expert.
• Action-oriented and persistent in outbound sales effort.
• Proficient in managing multiple sales opportunities and CRM updates.
• Bonus: Experience selling to Talent or HR personas and/or prior BDR experience.
