- Authentic Relationships: Engage in genuine (sometimes challenging!)unscripted conversations that build real rapport, helping talent navigate critical career moves and helping businesses solve complex operational challenges. Specializing in Procurement, Contracts & Supply Chain
In this role, you will specialize in sourcing and placing top talent within Procurement, Contracts, and Supply Chain functions—vital business capabilities across both public and private sectors.
- Industry Engagement: Work directly with with partners in critical business areas such as Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Contract Administration, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
- Transferable Skills: Backgrounds in logistics, freight, real estate, B2B sales, or corporate administration translate seamlessly into this domain. Your understanding of vendor relationships, commercial terms, operational timelines, and client service will allow you to quickly understand the influence needed to be successful.
- Diverse Client Ecosystem: Partner with established networks across government departments, defence primes, infrastructure projects, FMCG, and commercial enterprises.
What we’re looking for

- Diverse Commercial Backgrounds: 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, B2B/B2C Sales, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Real Estate, or Corporate/Sales Administration. Candidates with a proven track record of stability and tenure in past roles are highly valued.
