U.S. College Soccer Scout Focused on Croatian Talent

Role Description

This is a commission-only, part-time, remote role for a Croatian Talent Scout / Client Acquisition Recruiter at PLUS Scholarships. Your primary responsibility is to identify and connect talented soccer players (or their parents) who may be interested in pursuing U.S. college soccer opportunities. You will not be required to work set hours. Your workload depends entirely on how many potential clients you bring in. Once a player signs with PLUS and completes their first payment, you receive your commission.

Typical tasks include:

• Identifying potential players from academies, clubs, leagues, and social media
• Introducing PLUS Scholarships to prospective clients
• Making initial contact with players or parents
• Coordinating warm introductions to the PLUS team
• Sharing information about our services and answering basic questions (we handle all advanced steps)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and outreach abilities
• Knowledge of soccer environments (youth academies, leagues, clubs) is a plus
• Understanding of the U.S. college soccer pathway is helpful but not required
• Ability to build trust and talk confidently with players and families
• Familiarity with the Polish football ecosystem is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working on commission-only structure

Compensation

This position is commission-only. There is no base salary. Scouts earn compensation only when a player they bring to PLUS signs a contract and completes their first payment.

Commission Structure

Per Signed Client:

• $200 USD for each new client who signs with PLUS and pays their initial fee

Performance Bonuses:

• Monthly Bonus: +$500 for every 5 signed clients in a calendar month
• Semiannual Bonus: +$750 for reaching 15 signed clients in a quarter
