We are now looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our award‑winning People Team on a permanent basis. This role will provide high‑quality people partnership across the Knovia group, with dedicated support to our dental training specialists Tempdent. Position: Salary: £45,000 (DOE) Location: Remote Hours: 36.5 hours (Monday to Friday) As a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, you’ll deliver expert guidance across all areas of the colleague lifecycle in your area of the group. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our people culture, supporting business growth, and driving workforce effectiveness, in our specialist and award winning dental training company, Tempdent. Experience / specialist within people analytics, policy and colleague handbook creation, Equality and inclusion and reward & recognition would be of benefit, ensuring our people strategy remains modern, compliant, different and impactful. - Acting as a trusted People Partner to leaders with Tempdent along with wider Knovia group, providing expert advice across all colleague matters.
- Supporting workforce planning, succession development, and performance management to drive a high‑performing culture.
- Using people analytics along with data driven decisions and trends to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
- Creating, reviewing, and implementing People policies and colleague handbooks to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Supporting reward processes and strategy and initiatives to help maintain fair and competitive frameworks and us being an employer of choice.
- Championing colleague wellbeing, engagement, and cultural initiatives.
- Supporting organisational change and growth by coaching leaders through transitions and transformation.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a People/HR Manager or Business Partner role.
- Proven experience in people analytics / data insights
- Proven experience in policy creation and implementation
- Proven experience in Reward and recognition and colleague benefits
- Partnering with senior leaders
- Experience in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
- Strong influencing, relationship‑building, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of employment law, legislation, and HR best practice.
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to travel nationally
