HR Business Partner – Housing / Not-for-Profit / CharityLocation: Remote | Permanent

We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders in a fast-growing organisation. You’ll provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change initiatives — helping drive performance, growth, and a positive culture.

About you:

• Proven HRBP experience in Housing, Not-for-Profit, or Charity sectors – only candidates from these sectors will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) preferred.
