We are expanding our global team and looking for Payroll Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality payroll services to clients;
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure that payroll processing and benefits administration is accurate and timely;
• Correspondence with local accountants;
• Conducting pre-payroll audits and checks;
• Check for salaries, personal income taxes, social security, and health contributions for different countries,
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in working with more international payroll clients
• Degree in Economics
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel & MS Word)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work. Highly detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of European legislation
• SaaS or Fintech experience
