Executive Operations Program Manager
MUUD Health is looking for an outgoing and highly organized Executive operations program manager to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks. The operations coordinator's responsibilities include assisting with managing security processes, supporting the teams administrative workflow, arranging and assisting with employee training and managing budgets. In this role, you will assist in creating and executing the overall mission and strategy of the company. Strategic objectives will be executed via project management tools (Asana, Google Drive, Excel, Google Workspace), and will be monitored daily / weekly.
The ideal candidate responsibilities include completing various administrative tasks, enforcing the organization’s policies and standards. Ultimately, you will work with various departments across the organization to ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed as needed.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
·Provide oversight and administrative management of the HR program - you are a builder for process and operations
·Maintain company budget and general financial operations
·Create and maintain internal corporate policy and SOPs for operational workflows
·Manage and oversee internal corporate communications and correspondences
·Prepare and maintain employee personnel records
·Manage information databases and records
·Assist with recruitment and onboarding
·Assist in the development of key administrative reports and presentations including executive summaries and pitch decks
·Provide direct administrative support to members of Executive leadership
Terms of Employment
This is a part time, fully remote, contracted position.
10-15 hr/wk; $27-30/hr. This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff
The ideal candidate has:· 2+ years of experience as an EA
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Business Management or Project Management· A background in health or tech marketing· Excellent Project Management skills
· Ai Skills and fluency for building documentation
· High level of proficiency in Google drive, docs, gmail, google calendar, etc.
· A strong sense of responsibility with a highly motivated & positive attitude
· An ability to convey sensitive information with tact
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills
· Proactive communication skills
· A personal passion for mental health/wellness
· The ability to adapt quickly to change
