Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Talent Acquisition & Recruiting - AI trainer and leverage your expertise to shape the future of AI-driven talent acquisition. In this innovative role, you’ll help train and enhance advanced AI models by translating best practices and real-world knowledge into robust, actionable rubrics and datasets. If you’re passionate about recruitment and excited by AI’s transformative potential, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and annotate AI training materials using in-depth expertise in sourcing, candidate screening, and recruiting methodologies.
  • Assess and create evaluation rubrics to guide AI models in sourcing pipeline development and candidate evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to identify key hiring needs and translate them into effective AI model guidelines.
  • Curate and design employer branding and candidate experience assessment scenarios for AI training purposes.
  • Perform quality assurance and provide actionable feedback for continuous AI model improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the AI systems reflect cutting-edge recruitment standards.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations both in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, with hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Strong command of candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment lifecycle best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and translate recruitment concepts into actionable guidelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you care deeply about clarity and precision in both mediums.
  • Interest in AI and a passion for exploring its applications within the talent acquisition and recruiting domain.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in HR technology or related digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in HR tech and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
