Job Summary:

Join our team as a Finance Recruiter to join our customer's team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in finance recruitment to build robust talent pipelines of top finance professionals. You will focus exclusively on initial outreach and sourcing, thriving in a fast-paced environment where high-volume candidate engagement is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting of finance specialists through multiple channels.
  • Lead high-volume outreach initiatives to attract and engage qualified finance candidates.
  • Develop and manage strong candidate pipelines for various finance roles.
  • Craft compelling outreach messaging and maintain meticulous candidate communication records.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting and hiring team to understand evolving finance talent needs.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify and target passive top-tier finance professionals.
  • Ensure all outreach activities are aligned with the team’s goals and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in finance recruitment and headhunting for senior finance roles.
  • Expertise in high-volume sourcing and candidate outreach strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate engagement.
  • Strong understanding of finance functions and role requirements.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting exclusively for finance teams in high-growth organizations.
  • Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success building pipelines for niche or in-demand finance skillsets.
