Description
As a Payroll Compliance Analyst, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and enhancing payroll integrity. You will lead compliance initiatives, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every process meets legislative and organisational standards. Your expertise will help shape best practices and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement payroll governance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor and review payroll processes to identify risks and improvement areas.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments.
- Stay up to date with payroll legislation and ensure timely updates to policies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT on system enhancements and integrations.
- Support payroll system upgrades and implementations.
- Analyse payroll data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Profile
- Deep understanding of payroll systems and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to EBAs and system builds highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Background in large, fast-paced organisations preferred.
Job Offer
- $110,000 - $120,000 + super
