Job description:Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Ironclad and its integration with Ramp
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and IT departments, to ensure seamless integration and workflow optimization.
• Develop and build out workflows within Ironclad to support business processes.
• Provide training to attorneys and other staff on utilizing Ironclad effectively.
• Act as a project manager to keep stakeholders updated in real-time regarding progress and changes.
• Advise on change management processes and ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
• Utilize Salesforce integration knowledge to input and manage fields for sales and business teams.
• Serve as a bridge between different departments to ensure cohesive understanding and use of Ironclad and Ramp.
• Provide expert advice on using Ironclad as a single source of truth for contracts and financial data.

Qualifications:

• Expert credentials in Ironclad with a deep understanding of building workflows and change management.
• Experience with Ramp or similar finance systems is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Confidence in advising and speaking to internal team about system capabilities and improvements.
• Experience in training and supporting legal teams in adopting new technologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration with Ironclad is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
