Job description:Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Ironclad and its integration with Ramp
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and IT departments, to ensure seamless integration and workflow optimization.
- Develop and build out workflows within Ironclad to support business processes.
- Provide training to attorneys and other staff on utilizing Ironclad effectively.
- Act as a project manager to keep stakeholders updated in real-time regarding progress and changes.
- Advise on change management processes and ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
- Utilize Salesforce integration knowledge to input and manage fields for sales and business teams.
- Serve as a bridge between different departments to ensure cohesive understanding and use of Ironclad and Ramp.
- Provide expert advice on using Ironclad as a single source of truth for contracts and financial data.
Qualifications:
- Expert credentials in Ironclad with a deep understanding of building workflows and change management.
- Experience with Ramp or similar finance systems is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Confidence in advising and speaking to internal team about system capabilities and improvements.
- Experience in training and supporting legal teams in adopting new technologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with Ironclad is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
