Job DescriptionOPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER - It’s about exceeding your potential. The Functional Workday Integration Lead is responsible for managing multiple integrations of the portfolio of Korn Ferry Digital products with client 3rd party platforms. The KF Digital product integrations compromise of packaged solutions geared towards SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other larger ATS/HRIS systems. Principal will need to be able to be the client-facing implementation team member who will assist clients in the implementation process. The Principal reports directly to the VP, Technical Integration Services, and is a member of the Global Support Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a client facing implementation lead supporting the deployment of Korn Ferry Digital products within client Workday environments.
- Support and advise on Workday integration configurations, including Integration System Users (ISUs), security configuration, and related setup required for packaged integrations and Built on Workday applications.
- Collaborate directly with client technical teams during working sessions to troubleshoot integration and configuration issues, identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently without direct access to client environments.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on Workday security design for ISU accounts, including permissions and best practice configuration aligned with Korn Ferry integration requirements.
- Support the implementation of Korn Ferry Built on Workday applications, ensuring alignment with client Workday configurations and business processes.
- Act as the technical bridge between clients and Korn Ferry Product and Engineering teams, ensuring clear communication, issue escalation, and resolution during implementation and post deployment.
- Work with Korn Ferry client teams, clients, and System Integration Partners (as applicable) to review and assess functional and technical integration requirements.
- Develop and execute implementation plans to support client deployment of Korn Ferry Digital integrations.
- Assess client IT environments against Korn Ferry technical and security requirements and provide configuration recommendations necessary for successful deployment.
- Create and maintain best practice documentation related to Korn Ferry Digital integrations, Workday configurations, and implementation support.
- Stay current on enhancements and updates delivered by Korn Ferry Product teams related to packaged integrations.
- Partner with Client Advocacy and Solution Success Architects to:
- Provide guidance on integration architecture and technical considerations impacting client solutions.
- Promote a collaborative, client focused working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the VP, Technical Integration Services.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong functional knowledge across HR domains such as Recruiting, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
- Hands‑on Workday experience, specifically related to:
- Integration configurations
- Integration System Users (ISUs)
- Workday security configuration supporting integrations
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Workday integration and configuration issues, working collaboratively with client technical teams to identify root causes and resolve issues.
- Experience supporting the deployment of pre‑built or packaged integrations within Workday environments.
- Understanding of Built on Workday applications and Workday integration frameworks.
- Comfortable operating in a role where the team supports and enables client deployments rather than building custom integrations, APIs, or applications.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to support client implementations.
- Ability to balance customer needs with delivery timelines and business priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and effective in fast‑paced, client‑facing situations.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and assist where needed.
- Experience with Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors integration configurations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related topic is highly desirable.
Salary Range $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted.
