SAP HR Payroll Consultant | 100% Remote (Italy)

We are supporting a fast-growing, international Consultancy as they strengthen their Italian SAP HCM team with a new SAP HR Payroll Consultant.

This is a full-time, permanent role, fully remote anywhere in Italy, working as part of an established support organisation that manages live SAP Payroll environments for a diverse European client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP HR Payroll within an AMS context
• Assess incoming requests and guide stakeholders toward suitable next steps
• Partner with internal teams to facilitate system adjustments or improvements
• Maintain concise documentation to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer
• Support review activities to confirm expected outcomes after system changes
• Balance priorities across multiple tasks to keep delivery on track

About You

• Experience working with SAP HR Payroll (PY)
• Good understanding of wider SAP HR / HCM processes
• Able to translate business needs into practical system actions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented, proactive and organised
• Previous AMS / support background beneficial
• Based in Italy, with fluent English and Italian
