Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including databases, internet resources, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
• Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
• Market Insight: Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends and job market developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity, with a strong network within Australian IT industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry standards.
• Tools: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Location: Must be based anywhere in Australia, with the right to work in the country..
