- Contribute to a high-performing team of HR product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Execute the product strategy & roadmap for Workday s Core HCM Module. Work can also span across capabilities such as time and attendance, payroll, benefits, or advanced compensation.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables, including technical specifications, epics, and user stories for agile development teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards and Client Technology Services (STS) to design and maintain seamless integrations with downstream systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Stay abreast of Workday releases and feature previews, proactively assessing impact and championing the adoption of relevant enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, gathering user feedback, and optimizing process efficiency.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for all Workday Compensation-related issues.
What You HaveRequired Qualifications:
- 4 years of technical Workday expertise with HCM, including core functions such as managing personal data, organization structure, business processes, and security.
- Proven success as a Product Owner for technology solutions.
Experience working on product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and in agile delivery practices.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven success aligning product strategy with HR technology and business needs.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and experience delivering Workday-based solutions.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational changes and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Workday integration hands-on experience a plus.
