This role offers the opportunity to support and optimize HR operations in a fast-growing, global tech environment. You will manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Working closely with HR teams and employees, you will maintain employee records, support onboarding and offboarding, coordinate payroll and benefits administration, and assist with HR systems and reporting. This position also involves processing vendor invoices, managing travel support, and contributing to operational improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and can handle sensitive information with discretion. You will have the chance to make a measurable impact on HR efficiency while collaborating across multiple teams. Accountabilities In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate employee records and process employment changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and general HR-related employee inquiries, escalating issues when necessary
- Enter, update, and audit HR data, generating reports and assisting with audits to ensure compliance
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR system maintenance and process improvements
- Coordinate HR logistics for events, training sessions, and internal communications
- Track HR budgets, manage vendor invoicing and payments, and maintain vendor records and contracts
- Support compliance activities such as I-9 and e-verify processing and updating HR policies and handbooks
Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR support or operations role
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Jira, Confluence, Justworks) preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
