JGA are partnering with a venture-backed Employer of Record that has achieved strong product-market fit and is now entering its next phase of growth.

The business has built a strong inbound engine, a growing global customer base, and a highly differentiated product in the global employment, payroll, and workforce management space.

Now they need a commercial builder to come in and make an impact.They're looking for a Director or VP of Sales who can:

• Build a world-class outbound motion.
• Own the entire new business revenue funnel.
• Lead and scale SDR and AE teams.
• Drive expansion into new markets.
• Improve forecasting, sales discipline, and execution.
• Operate as a true player-coach, leading from the front on strategic opportunities.

The Ideal Background:

• HR Tech, Payroll, Workforce Management, EOR or adjacent B2B SaaS.
• Experience across both SMB and Enterprise sales motions.
• Proven track record building outbound engines, not just inheriting them.
• Comfortable scaling teams in high-growth, venture-backed environments.
• AI-forward and data-driven in their approach.
