We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-growth workforce technology business that’s redefining how frontline organisations manage payroll, HR and scheduling. They’re looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end payroll implementations across both SaaS and outsourced payroll services. You’ll work closely with customers, sales, product and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong client relationships and a consistently high-quality payroll experience.

This role suits someone who enjoys being the payroll expert in the room, thrives in a scaling environment and wants to help build and improve payroll processes rather than inherit outdated ones.

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering payroll system implementations (UK payroll essential)
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
• Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets and client data
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and internal teams
• Happy to travel occasionally to UK client sites and London
