Our client, a dynamic and purpose-driven executive search firm, is looking for a Senior HR Lead to drive business development and deliver exceptional HR recruitment services to a diverse and growing client base. This is a remote-first opportunity, ideal for a strategic and results-oriented recruitment professional with a hunter mindset and a passion for connecting top talent with top-tier organisations.
Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the UK and US markets.
- Build long-term, consultative relationships with clients, advising on recruitment strategy and talent needs.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from outreach to deal closure.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Assessment:
- Develop creative strategies to identify high-quality HR candidates across various channels.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match between candidate and client.
- Present comprehensive shortlists with clear insights into candidate fit and strengths.
Project Management & Delivery:
- Lead the full search process, coordinating logistics, interviews, assessments, and feedback.
- Prepare insightful reports and recommendations for clients.
- Ensure seamless and high-quality experiences for both clients and candidates.
Market Insights & Thought Leadership:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and talent dynamics across the HR sector.
- Leverage insights to support clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and strategic planning.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in HR recruitment or executive search.
- Strong commercial instincts with a proactive, hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident managing multiple high-stakes assignments simultaneously.
- Proficient in ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strategic, resilient, and driven by outcomes and impact.
Benefits Include:
- Salary: £50,000 – £65,000
