As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—finding the passionate, caring individuals who make it all possible. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end-to end recruitment process for a variety of roles across our organisation, with a focus on frontline care roles.
- Using your creativity to attract amazing talent through job boards, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver great outcomes.
- Collaborating with a fun, supportive team that celebrates success and helps each other grow.

What We’re Looking For ✔ Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment. ✔ A natural communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a team setting. ✔ Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. ✔ Experience Using PageUp (or Similar ATS) Is Preferred. ✔ Someone who loves problem-solving, thinking creatively, and making recruitment an enjoyable experience for everyone.
