LMS Training Specialist - Life Science- Job Opportunity
Location: Fully Remote (Tri State Area Preferred - DE / PA / NJ)
Shift: Typical Work Hours (8-4pm) - Must be comfortable supporting flex hours as this is a global team.
Hiring Method: 1 Year Long Contract with extensions (PTO / Benefits available)
Compensation: $43/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- -5+ years supporting GMP training programs.
- -Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (SUMMIT preferred). -
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- -Knowledge of training governance, qualification management, and compliance processes.
- -Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections.
- -Strong reporting and dashboard development capabilities.
- -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description
The Global Training & Compliance Specialist will serve as the primary administrator and coordinator for Pharma Supply Chain training management program, supporting global Cold Chain, Distribution, External Manufacturing, and operational quality functions. This individual will be responsible for training governance, curriculum management, qualification administration, compliance monitoring, audit readiness support, and overall learning operations within SUMMIT environment. The role will help establish standardized training processes and create the foundation for a future centralized Training Center of Excellence supporting Deliver's global network.
Key Responsibilities
Training Governance & Administration
-Manage training deployment and assignment activities within SUMMIT.
-Maintain curricula, training plans, learner profiles, and qualification records.
-Coordinate onboarding training requirements for new employees, contractors, and external partners.
-Support training request intake, prioritization, and execution.
-Ensure training records remain inspection-ready and compliant.
Training Compliance & Reporting
-Monitor training completion metrics and compliance status.
-Generate training dashboards and management reports.
-Identify overdue training and coordinate remediation efforts.
-Analyze training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
-Develop metrics supporting operational and quality compliance requirements.
Audit & Inspection Readiness
-Support internal audits, external inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
-Retrieve and organize training documentation.
Support training-related CAPAs and remediation activities.
-Serve as SME for training administration processes and compliance requirements.
Operational Support
-Partner with Quality, Cold Chain, External Manufacturing, and Distribution teams.
-Support training activities associated with new sites, warehouses, and external partners.
-Assist with process documentation and standardization efforts.
-Support future expansion of centralized training services across Deliver.

This role will not simply administer training activities but help establish centralized training governance model and support the development of a scalable Training Center of Excellence.
