Oracle HCM Functional Consultant- W2 Only Remote

Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional ConsultantLocation- Full RemoteContract-w2/Full TimeJob Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Core HR Functional Consultant with strong client-facing skills to support a critical Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The consultant will work closely with HR managers, directors, and administrators to document business requirements, lead CRP/UAT/SIT sessions, manage data conversions, and drive successful production cutover and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements related to Core HR.
• Conduct discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, and define solution architecture in alignment with Oracle best practices.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM Core, including Redwood, Journeys, and Transaction Workflows.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and production cutover planning.
• Prepare and execute test cases for Core HR daily business processes.
• Lead data conversion efforts, including data mapping, HDL loading, and reconciliation with legacy systems.
• Support post-deployment issue resolution, including troubleshooting and user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and validate system extensions and integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core configuration and implementation.
• Proven expertise in Core HR; functional knowledge of OTL, Payroll, and Compensation is a plus.
• Experience with data conversions using HDL, and data reconciliation between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Redwood UI, Journeys, and Transaction Workflows.
• Experience facilitating CRPs, UAT, training sessions, and cutover planning.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to support enterprise-level HCM deployments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
