Job RequirementsRequirements 

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience in a bureau or multi customer environment

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, data entry, and reconciliation processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Advanced knowledge of multiple payroll systems and supporting tools (advanced excel knowledge is a must)

  • Experience processing end to end payroll for multiple customers

  • Understanding of statutory payroll obligations (e.g., pensions, tax, statutory payments, benefits).

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Demonstrable experience of complex problem solving and solutions

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do?  

As our Payroll Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Scope and design bespoke solutions for custom payroll requirements

  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.

  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate payroll-related issues and updates.

  • End to end payroll processing for strategic customers

  • Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
