- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment strategies, managing everything from job board attraction and candidate screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Act as a strategic partner to managers, providing data-driven insights through monthly HR KPI reporting, workforce forecasting, and headcount metrics.
- Drive organizational change by updating HR policies and supporting performance management cycles, work reviews, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and seamless HR administration.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Officer role with a deep understanding of UK Employment Legislation.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards accreditation is highly desired for this technical advisory role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) and experience navigating sophisticated HR Systems/HRIS.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume sickness absence management and capability processes with a commercially focused approach.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build immediate credibility with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
What's On Offer
- Full remote working flexibility, allowing you to deliver impact from anywhere while supporting an Edinburgh-central hub.
- Diverse exposure across the entire HR remit, perfect for a generalist looking to sharpen their ER and recruitment skills.
- A collaborative and supportive HR team culture that values proactive initiative and process improvement.
