Hawkwood are currently partnering with a remote-first, SaaS start-up in their search for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner.

About the role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have full ownership of the hiring process for the Engineering, Product and Data teams. You’ll partner closely with the Talent Team Lead, CTO & hiring managers to scale a world-class remote team, creating a seamless candidate experience along the way.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with stakeholders to find and hire the best talent for their functions.
• Using data and market insights to educate and influence hiring decisions.
• Owning the sourcing strategy and delivery of hiring for your roles, consistently hiring the right people at the right time for the business.
• Taking charge of stakeholder management and helping to prioritise based on business needs.
• Owning the quality of Talent Data in your area in Ashby, driving quality retros and driving change and insight within your stakeholder group.
• Driving process improvements to help maintain a high standard of quality of hires and hiring metrics.
• Leading efforts to make hiring processes inclusive and accessible.
• Driving employer branding strategy, activity and content.
• Managing Talent Acquisition projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of key milestones.
• Enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, using insights for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• An experienced Engineering & Product recruiter with a deep understanding of tech.
• A track record in hiring for Engineering and Product roles, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Strong sourcing skills, you know how to find & engage exceptional candidates.
• An analytical mindset, you’re comfortable with both data and gut feel, and know when to use each.
• Clear, confident communicator with great attention to detail.
