Senior Workday Analyst - $135,000 + Bonus - Fully Remote

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Workday Analyst to help drive transformation, streamline processes, and empower teams through innovative HR technology. As the subject matter expert for Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits, you will lead module configuration, act as a strategic business partner, and collaborate across functions to improve efficiency, strengthen engagement, and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full lifecycle of Workday initiatives, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead optimization and enhancement projects across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits, including end-to-end system configuration.
• Stay current on Workday updates and new features.
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices for key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards as required.
• Manage and maintain Workday security configurations.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in at least 3 modules (HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits).
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable operating as a sole contributor.
• Experience with Workday reporting and security configuration.
• Experience supporting Workday transformations or complex system enhancements.
