We run end-to-end, take accountability, and deliver — from startups to PE-backed ventures, family offices, SMEs and corporates across Europe and beyond. Not as “just recruiters” or “just consultants,” but as problem solvers.
🚀 The Opportunity
We’re expanding into new markets and looking for entrepreneurial partners to own a region, build client relationships, and run searches end-to-end with full autonomy — backed by our name, infrastructure, and tight operating rhythm.
This is not “freelance hours on the side.” It’s a partnership for people who want to build something substantial without starting from zero.
💼 What you’ll do
- Own and grow client relationships in your market (you tell us, which market you want to cover)
- Run searches end-to-end (brief → sourcing → interviews → offer)
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Create targeted outreach and sharp client proposals
- Shape our local positioning and GTM for your country
- Work directly with the founder on regional growth
🧩 What you bring
- Proven 360° recruitment experience (Professional Search or startups ideal) or strong Sales/BD background in talent/consulting services
- Network and market understanding in your target market are a plus
- Fluent English (plus regional language is a huge plus)
- Commercial drive, entrepreneurial mindset, high accountability, low ego
- Structured, reliable, motivated to build long-term

⚠️ Important
- This is partnership-based and commission-only. No base salary.
- You operate independently, share in the revenue you generate, and represent the Gunia Consulting brand as part of a small, trusted network.
- The plan is to work together long-term. Once the build up work is done, the model will be reevaluated.
