Payroll Specialist

A payroll specialist is required to work part time on a remote basis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Review and reconcile payroll reports, resolving discrepancies promptly
• Manage payroll data including new starters, leavers, salary changes and benefits
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and statutory requirements
• Prepare and submit payroll related returns to revenue authorities
• Liaise with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee records
• Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner

Your Requirements:

• Proven experience in payroll processing in a standalone or specialist role
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory deductions
• Experience using payroll software and strong Excel skills
• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
