I am currently recruiting for a customer, for a long term project in the area of SuccessFactors focusing on the modules of Compensation and Variable Pay The role will focus on leading customers through their skills-based transformation journey.
The role will involve you leading workshops with HR Business Partners and Stakeholders, translating business requirements into solution designs. The role is fully remote based and would be 6 months min with the potential for extensions.
Essential Requirements
- Implementation Experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
- Certification in Compensation and/or Variable Pay
- Must be based in the EU
- Stakeholder Management
- Fluent in English
