Expert ERG Trainer

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Expert ERG Trainer. The Expert ERG Trainer will deliver (mostly virtual) engaging training sessions to support the development of effective and sustainable employee resource groups. Responsibilities include delivering ELA's various training programs and providing organizations with ERG-related consulting services to address their unique ERG needs. Trainers will also provide feedback to refine content and contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum and resources.

Qualifications

• Must be based in APAC region.
• Direct experience leading or managing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) required.
• Experience in delivering virtual training sessions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote team environment.
• Must be willing to go through ELA's Expert ERG Trainer Certification within 90 days of hire. ELA will provide a scholarship to the selected candidate ($2995 US value)
• ELA Expert Trainers are paid hourly when they train or consult. They are therefore engaged as needed by clients and when Trainer is available for offered projects. Trainers will at least be offered some engagements throughout the year for ERG University.
