What You’ll Do

• Own client success: Manage client relationships with confidence and deliver value as the trusted finance/Dynamics partner.
• Lead implementations: Drive the design, configuration, testing, and rollout of AX/F&SCM Finance modules using industry best practices.
• Analyze & solve: Conduct requirements gathering and gap analyses to tailor solutions that fit real business needs.
• Document with clarity: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
• Be the problem-solver: Triage, scope, and resolve technical support issues with expertise and professionalism.
• Collaborate & innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams, stay on top of Microsoft product enhancements, and bring fresh insights to clients.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience with Dynamics AX/F&SCM Financials.
• Proven track record leading full lifecycle implementations in large, complex organizations.
• Deep finance expertise—you understand the workflows and requirements that drive enterprise success.
