The Position:
We're a US firm, looking to hire a "full desk" Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to help support some of our most exciting markets. After establishing an outstanding US business from our headquarters in Chicago, we’re now launching a UK team to help us scale. All our business is done in the US, so you'll be building a US full-desk, from the UK.
The role is fully remote from the UK with ocassional trips to the US.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, job qualification, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach, market insight, and high-quality service.
- Source and engage candidates through headhunting, networking, job boards, and social platforms.
- Assess candidate suitability through screening and interviews, providing clear recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate interviews, manage communication, and guide both parties through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS and meet agreed KPIs and revenue targets.
Desired Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, in a 360 or recruitment position
- Experience in technical, direct-hire recruitment is highly preferred (Engineering, Technology, Life Science)
- Strong work ethic. You’ll be pushed, developed and challenged and we only accept people willing to go the extra mile.

Working Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday = 12:30pm until 9:30pm
- Friday = 10:00am until 6:00pm
- Two Floating days per month (10am until 6pm on a Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs)
