The Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Mobility Consultant to join eMigr8 in an equity-first capacity. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has spent years advising organisations and the talent within them on the full lifecycle of international mobility: immigration strategy, relocation, tax and payroll compliance, assignment management, and destination services.
You will work directly with enterprise clients, partners, and the eMigr8 founding team to shape our advisory offering, validate our platform against real-world mobility complexity, and represent eMigr8 in the conversations that matter.
This will start as a part-time, significant equity-first role, transitioning to full-time as the company hits growth or funding milestones.
About You
You have spent your career in global mobility consulting at a Big Four, a boutique firm, or in-house at a multinational. You understand how mobility programmes are built, how they break, and how to fix them. You are equally comfortable presenting to a CHRO and digging into the details of an assignment letter or a shadow payroll calculation.
You're a fit if you bring:
- 8+ years of experience in global mobility consulting or in-house mobility leadership
- Deep knowledge of immigration, relocation, tax, and payroll considerations across international assignments
- Experience managing or advising on UK immigration routes including Skilled Worker, Global Talent, and ICT
- A track record of advising enterprise clients on mobility strategy, policy design, and vendor selection
- Strong commercial instincts - you understand how mobility programmes create and protect business value
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments where the playbook is still being written
We build partnerships differently at eMigr8. Rather than competing with existing mobility service providers, we are building a platform that amplifies what great consultants and firms already do. Your relationships and domain expertise will help us get there faster.
Why Join Now
- Equity stake in a platform addressing a genuinely underserved market
- Direct influence over product direction and advisory methodology
- Work with a founding team that has lived the Global Talent Visa journey
- Access to eMigr8's growing network of immigration lawyers, endorsing bodies, and enterprise HR contacts
- Flexible, remote-first engagement with a high-trust culture
What to Expect
- Regular collaboration with the eMigr8 founding team and advisory board
- Client-facing engagements as we bring our advisory offering to market
- Input into platform features based on your frontline experience with mobility complexity
- Honest conversations about equity, timelines, and how this role evolves as we grow
This role is for a startup at a very early stage (pre-seed stage) and will start as a part-time equity role pending when the company meets fundraising or ARR metrics.
Where helpful, we may explore a short collaboration or onboarding period to ensure mutual fit but this is not a requirement for the right candidate.
Interview Process
A brief introductory call with the founder, followed by a structured conversation about your mobility background and how you see the platform opportunity. We move quickly and respect your time.
