Experience & Work Context
Drawing on 10+ years of experience in talent, recruitment, people development and/or adjacent commercial roles (e.g. business development, client-facing, or growth-focused work), you’ll work with business-minded individuals through meaningful growth journeys — supporting them to clarify goals, take intentional action, and develop the mindset required for sustained success.

In this role, you’ll operate in a relationship‑driven, conversation‑led environment, working with motivated individuals who are actively exploring growth and change.
You’ll be operating within a well-established personal development and leadership framework, with access to training, mentoring, and a supportive community.
