Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: remote Remuneration: up to 145-160 zl/h net+vat Type of contract: B2B Duration: Long-term Summary: The primary goal of the Salesforce Business Analyst role is to facilitate effective Salesforce solutions for the organization by gathering requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring that user needs are met through detailed documentation and collaboration. Main Responsibilities: This position includes core duties that are vital to optimizing Salesforce functionalities and ensuring seamless integration of business needs.

• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders for requirements gathering focused on Salesforce.
• Document business processes and user stories related specifically to Salesforce.
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements utilizing Salesforce capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT); develop test cases and validate implementation against documented requirements.
• Prepare end-user documentation, deliver training if required, and support adoption and incident resolution related to Salesforce features.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects.
• Strong English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with additional CRM tools or platforms.
• Knowledge of HR solutions and benefits platforms.

Other Details: Project Duration: Until 31/Dec/25 with potential extension through the end of 2026.
