Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential candidates via digital platforms
• Conduct interviews and initial assessments
• Promote high-quality personal development and leadership education resources
• Use a proven 3-step digital system to manage daily operations
• Participate in regular team training and development sessions
