As a Benefits Representative at Deel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless benefit management and ongoing support for our clients' benefits administration needs. You will be responsible for providing ongoing assistance to clients on their benefits policies on Deel’s benefits administration platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing Support:
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving benefits-related issues in both payroll and carrier connections.
  • Address short-term reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests from clients related to benefits administration.
  • Manage enrollment on carrier portals.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing on changes made on configured benefits modules.
  • Support customers on queries about benefit configuration and handoff to the relevant teams.
  • Train clients on navigating and utilizing our benefits administration platform effectively.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Accounts: The Benefits Representative will be responsible for a high volume of in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments.
  • Risk: Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn.
  • Relationships: Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
  • Product: Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
  • Employee Support:
  • Respond to benefit questions, support their navigation of the system, and resolve issues with benefits.
  • Properly triage issues, solve and escalate to the appropriate teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of +2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA benefits administration processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in utilizing benefits administration software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Have a strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service experience, focused with employees.
