Dawn Search is on the lookout for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to help us build and shape the future of our business. We are a specialist recruitment consultancy with a focus on the US market ERP space (business SaaS tool with a big AI focus) - we are one of the most trusted names in ERP recruitment in the US market.
Around 80% of our clients work with us in a retained or exclusive partnership, and senior ERP professionals' salaries exceed $100,000. With an average time to fill a role taking 20-25 days, with only two-week notice periods.
Our fee is often 50% more than the average UK placement.

Responsibilities
- Winning new clients through sales outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- Building networks of candidates through deliberate outreach and networking
- Providing candidates to solve business problems within your clients
- Consulting with companies' leadership teams to help them achieve targets
- Managing and leading end-to-end recruitment processes
- Negotiating terms of business and candidates' offers
- Building a personal brand
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant - at least one year of experience in winning your own clients, and resourcing candidates, to managing the entire process to a successful outcome.
- Experience in tech, finance, or ERP recruitment is a big plus, but strong B2B recruitment experience in white collar environments is essential.
Required Skills
- Winning new clients through business development is essential.
- A naturally driven personality – you want more, and you’re ready to go get it.
- Someone who takes ownership, is process-driven and can use emotional intelligence to enhance their communication skills.
- A recruiter who sees the value in building a personal brand and becoming a known expert in their niche.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in tech, finance, or ERP recruitment is a big plus.
