Peoplesoft Functional Consultant

• PeopleSoft Functional Consultant – HCM & Australian Payroll
• 12-month initial contract
• Fully remote

We are seeking a senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with deep, hands-on experience across PeopleSoft HCM, Australian Payroll, and Time & Labour. This role suits someone who has worked in large, complex, highly customised PeopleSoft environments and is comfortable owning functional outcomes end to end.

This is a pure functional role. It is not technical development, testing, or support-focused.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis, design, and configuration across PeopleSoft HCM and Australian Payroll
• Work directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Configure and support end-to-end Australian payroll, including compliance-related components
• Operate confidently within an existing highly customised PeopleSoft environment
• Partner with technical teams where required, while retaining functional ownership
• Contribute as a strong communicator and collaborative team member

Required experience

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on PeopleSoft Functional experience
• Proven experience configuring: PeopleSoft HCM Core, Australian Payroll (end to end) and Time & Labour
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll compliance including tax, super, and awards
• Recent, hands-on PeopleSoft experience (current or within the last 12 months)
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
