Oracle HRMS EBS Functional Testing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Own functional test strategy and planning for AMS releases, patches, and enhancements
• Lead System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing cycles for Oracle HRMS EBS
• Coordinate testing for HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules.
• Ensure adequate test coverage for payroll, statutory processing, and business-critical scenarios
• Manage test execution, defect triage, retesting, and closure in coordination with AMS teams
• Maintain RTM, test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and test assets

Required Skills & Experienc

• e10–14+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite functional testin
• gStrong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules
• .Hands-on experience managing AMS testing cycles and release validatio
• nStrong understanding of HRMS business processes and payroll processing cycle
• sExperience in defect management and regression plannin
