Position: Expert Recruiter

Compensation: $60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Translate recruiting expertise into clear, structured instructions such as SOPs, rubrics, and evaluation criteria.
• Create realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day recruiting workflows and decision-making.
• Collaborate with other domain experts to refine and validate workflows for accuracy, clarity, and reproducibility.
• Work with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize recruiting workflows into agent-based systems.
• Identify opportunities where AI can augment or replicate expert recruiter judgment and processes.

Requirements

• Professional recruiter with strong hands-on experience in recruiting workflows.
• Ability to clearly explain complex recruiting processes in a structured, step-by-step manner.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
