Position: Associate Recruiter

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $15 - $20/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage qualified talent through sourcing strategies and market research.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Continuously learn recruitment best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related people-focused functions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration and recruiting tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative team setting.
