The International Total Reward Partner serves as a strategic contributor within the Reward team, combining analytical rigour with reward partnering expertise. The role supports the International Head of Reward by conducting research, gathering evidence, synthesising insights, and drafting proposals, primarily focused on EU reward policy and compliance. The role holder provides high-quality data, analysis, and draft recommendations needed for informed decision-making by the Head of Reward.

About The Role
The role holder must be able to work autonomously, source and validate information from reputable sources, and distil complex regulatory or market insights into clear, simple, actionable narratives for the business. They will collaborate closely with the Reward team and broader stakeholders to support the delivery of internationally consistent and compliant reward practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct thorough research across EU reward topics, including legislative changes, regulatory frameworks, pay transparency, equal pay, benefits expectations, and market norms.
- Source information from reputable, evidence-based channels (e.g., regulatory bodies, market surveys, broker insights, legal updates). Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to gather contextual insight that enriches policy development or reward design.
- Maintain an organised repository of data sources, research materials, and policy evidence logs.
- Analyse and summarise complex information into clear insights, using data to articulate risks, opportunities, and recommended approaches.
- Draft policy materials, working documents, and consultation proposals for review by the Head of Reward.
- Support the development of guidance documents and toolkits that simplify EU requirements for non-specialist audiences.
- Support delivery of annual reward cycles (merit, bonus, LTIP)
- Support total reward team with processes including business as usual activities including but not limited to annual reward cycles, benefit window, salary survey submissions, pay transparency reporting requirements
- Partner with People Services, Payroll, and HR Ops to ensure high-quality governance and data integrity.
- Contribute to international reward projects, particularly those requiring significant research, data consolidation, or regulatory analysis (e.g., pay transparency compliance, job architecture assessment, benefits harmonisation)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering reward insights, research, or policy support within EU markets.
- Deep understanding of EU reward regulations and market practice, with the ability to interpret legislation and explain it simply.
- Demonstrable capability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work.
- Total reward lifecycle experience including but not limited to annual compensation review cycle, job levelling, benefit and recognition programme delivery
- Confident operating autonomously while knowing when to escalate or seek strategic guidance.
- Experience partnering with HRBPs and senior stakeholders in a matrixed, international environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, with strong judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively.
