Test Lead – UKGCloudMarc | Australia | Fully Remote

CloudMarc is a growing Australian technology consultancy specialising in Development, Independent Quality Engineering, and Cloud Services. We partner with leading organisations across Australia to deliver complex transformation, digital, and enterprise technology programs.

We are currently seeking an experienced Test Lead with UKG experience to join a major workforce management transformation program.

About the Role

As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for driving the overall testing strategy, planning, execution, and quality outcomes across a UKG implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure a successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across the UKG program.
• Develop and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Execution schedules.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
• Manage defects, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Provide effort estimations and resource planning.
• Engage with business stakeholders and support UAT activities.
• Ensure quality governance and release readiness across the program.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager.
• Strong experience delivering UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) implementations or enhancements.
• Experience testing Workforce Management solutions including:
• Time & Attendance
• Rostering & Scheduling
• Workforce Planning
• Payroll integrations
• Employee Self-Service
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading distributed testing teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management programs.
• Experience with API and integration testing.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
