- 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including extensive U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll experience supporting 5,000+ employees.
- 3+ years of recent, direct payroll team leadership within a large organization; strong systems troubleshooting skills, with Dayforce experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree required; CPP certification a plus. Demonstrated career stability and progressive leadership responsibilities.
