What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide client-side review of WFM system configuration, focusing on Optimized Scheduler features
• Conduct 1:1 training sessions for the client's system administrator to boost their confidence in system use
• Assist in the creation of job aids for broader rollout of the Optimized Scheduler across the organization
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful implementation of client requirements
• Maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs and concerns

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Expertise in ADP Workforce Manager Optimized Scheduler (Advanced Scheduler)
• Solid communication skills
• Strong documentation skills for job aid development

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in consulting roles within Workforce Management or related fields
• Familiarity with client training methodologies
• Previous experience in project-based consulting
