What We’re Looking For
Bishop-McCann is seeking a Talent Experience Manager_,_ reporting to the Talent VP, to help design, implement, and lead ongoing management of HR programs and processes that support our associate journey. From onboarding to performance management, engagement to offboarding, this role balances integrity with innovation to create scalable, human-centered people programs that move the needle for our people, clients, and industry. This role is a reflection of our culture and is a forward-thinking blend of hands-on and heart.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssociate Experience & Engagement
- Help design and manage programs and projects that enhance onboarding, recognition, performance, and development.
- Create associate experiences that feel intentional, consistent, and impactful across the lifecycle.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen feedback, growth, and career development practices.
- Monitor associate sentiment and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
Program & Process Design
- Apply a product framework (impact, problem, solution, execution, launch, measurement) and execute strong project management to HR initiatives.
- Build scalable processes that align with organizational growth and business objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally to connect talent strategies with company strategy and client success.
Data & Measurement
- Define and track key HR metrics (retention, engagement, time-to-fill, performance outcomes).
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership to inform decision-making.
- Continuously assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of generalist HR/People Operations experience, including associate lifecycle management and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) preferred. Equivalent bold and transformational experience will also be considered.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic growth oriented environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement programs that balance compliance with exceptional associate experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Rippling, Asana, and EOS ideal.
