The Role
As a Leadership Development Consultant at Bendelta, you will play a key role in designing and delivering leadership development experiences that are creative, intellectually rigorous, and practically valuable for leaders and organisations.
You will support end-to-end delivery of leadership development engagements, from early exploration and diagnosis through to design and facilitation. This includes working closely with clients to understand their context, challenge assumptions, and co-create development journeys that are tailored, human-centred and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design leadership development programs including program architectures, face to face and virtual workshops, and practical tools to embed learning in the flow of work.
- Support end-to-end project delivery for leadership development engagements, ensuring quality, impact and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate engaging and high-impact learning experiences for leaders at all levels.
- Apply research and contemporary thinking, while exploring emerging ideas and technologies to continually evolve our practice.
- Collaborate with others and contribute to fostering an inclusive and thriving culture, supporting others’ learning and growth.
- Partner with clients to understand leadership capability needs, co-create tailored solutions, and build strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Contribute actively to business development, including proactively identifying opportunities to deepen impact and extend the relationships through account planning, proposal development, client conversations and the identification of new opportunities across new and existing clients.
About you

A significant part of the role involves designing immersive and high-impact leadership experiences, requiring both the ability to collaborate and to be a self-stater who proactively manages your own work and deadlines.

You will likely bring:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Psychology (or equivalent)
- Around 5 years’ relevant experience in leadership development, organisational development, consulting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of theory, frameworks and emerging research related to leadership development, and the ability to apply these in practice.
- Proven experience designing leadership development, team effectiveness or organisational development interventions.
- Facilitation skills, with experience facilitating workshops, leadership groups or intact teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act proactively and independently
- An openness and agility to use AI and progressive tools to innovate and advance transformation.
- The ability to balance human impact and a commercial mindset
